    That’s a list of deaths directly connected to police in the UK.

    Where is the evidence to support the claim that they were killed within seconds and without warning?

      Aside from the shoot to kill policy after 9/11 which led to an innocent man being stalked by police then without warning held down and immediately shot seven times in the head.

        You’re right. Deaths under that policy would have been classed as a lawful killing, and I’ve noticed that I’ve changed the OPs question erroneously. Thank you.

        The question should have read “murdered within seconds and without warning”.
