Are you planning to upgrade to two sticks?

To find matching sticks we should organize an exchange, for everyone getting two new sticks, they have one (probably) matching stick for someone who keeps the original one.

    I think generally you aren’t supposed to use different kinds of memory together, so a lot of people would replace it entirely.

      I think this may have been an issue eons ago, now everything just agrees on what speed to run based on the slowest stick. Haven’t heard of it being a problem for a while.

          Different person here. I did watch, and it sounded like a bit of FUD. “It could be unstable. You could get a random crash some month into the future and you don’t know if you need to blame it on the RAM or something else.” that’s basically all he said.
