Then what? When it does not play any TV channel until we insert Wi-Fi info.

Nope. The TV is not mine, I don’t watch TV since around 2007.
If I can’t then reconfigure it so that those who want to watch can, I better not touch.
Edit : more importantly, why would it work differently now than now? Disconnect Wi-Fi = no TV. Seems like a feature to me, not a bug. Unfortunately.
