Aww, very cute.

When I lay down in bed, mine lays with her back against my chest and lifts her head so her nose is at the base of my neck to tell me that’s what she wants. I’ll rub her tummy for a while and when she’s done she’ll curl into a ball with her back against me. It’s very cute.
