I’ll be curious to know if it was just your theater or it the film is just “too loud”. Nolan makes great films, but this isn’t the first case of the audio being terrible.
I saw it at a nice theater who by all accounts knows how to set up films properly (and has in the past). However I definitely felt like the dialogue was difficult to hear (since other louder sounds were playing) especially at the start.
