It’s not an app, it’s an alternative front-end e.g. you would access your existing account and instance via https://t.feddit.org/.
Your instance’s sidebar text also mentions others too: Photon, Alexandrite, Next - I don’t think I’ve ever heard of this one - and mlmym (old), apparently not aware that there is now a fork that took up maintenance.
Like the Lemmy back-end software, it is up to your instance admins to deploy and configure these alternative front-end UIs.
It’s there but the instance I’m on already announced it’ll shut it off due to the whole drama. Oh well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
