The image is so confusion. First, who takes a photo of someone at a urinal. Second, are they sharing the same urinal? Third, why not have a separate bathroom. No, not women / men bathroom. Just make them bathroom where he/she/it can relieve of oneself.
The only seperate bathrooms needed are stalls, urinals, handi-capped/“family” stalls, and sinks. Gendered labelling is a solution looking for a problem; A relic of racial segregation and the times before women could vote.
