Old Turtleface had a stroke. Look at his unbalanced face. Last pic his left side was sagging, this time it got over compensated. As last time his wife has to inconspicuously prop him up by his left arm.
Conclusion: Mitch McConnell has had a stroke.
Couldn’t they just flip the image? I don’t want to study his face to rule that out though. Someone else want to?
In this new image his wife’s watch and wedding ring are visible. Flipping the image would put those on her right hand, which would be obvious.
He’s already brain dead or ded ded.

I, for one, congratulate the senator from Kentucky on ascending from “Mitch McConnell Turtle Jowel” to “Mitch McConnell Meat Muppet”. Truly, we’ve come leaps and bounds from the days of yore and consumption, to the tomorrow of “human centipede” model of economics and explosive diarrhea.
