Bug bounties. Depending on your response to this, I’ll go out and find more links to substantiate claims.

I misremembered the first one as there was a lot of negative news regarding the security program. Here it is: from 2020 [We Hacked Apple for 3 Months: Here’s What We Found] (https://samcurry.net/hacking-apple)

    Here are the negative reports:

The last one is about the community uproar regarding the nerfs to their bug bounty program. That’s probably the most relevant right now.

Ok, thanks for providing some sources.

In the first article I see:

As of October 6th, 2020, the vast majority of these findings have been fixed and credited. They were typically remediated within 1-2 business days (with some being fixed in as little as 4-6 hours).

      Not great, not terrible either.

The other articles all read to me as a bounty program in flux but not being shut down or the corporation going muted and isolationist. They are still doing outreach and having discussions, just not at the higher payouts the bounty hunters were expected.

I was however asking links about your more wild claims “Iphones haven been hacked”, “bezos has been hacked” etc. Those are very hard to believe without any evidence.

But I’m grateful you responded in a constructive way, and posted relevant links. I just don’t think they depict the fruit farm as evil as you would like.

That said, we both want the same thing (seeing we’re here and not in spez’ backyard): decentralisation. As soon as there is a viable alternative, I’ll hop on board and even donate.
