Did they just accidental admit that Ukraine is a country? Not sure daddy Putin will like that.
Cut them some slack, they live in an alternate universe like MAGA does - it’s hard to keep track of what is and isn’t when your goal is to destroy the U.S. .
Edit: sorry, the U.S. empire - they also want to take down a bunch of other places with it.
It always frustrates me how much MAGA and tankie ideology aligns.
Right? Like, every countries far right are all pro russia… so what does that say about them also supporting russia
Wanna know why?
I wonder: if the EU-US divide continues deepening to the point where the EU kicks out US tech companies, and the EU continues supporting Ukraine, will campists support Ukraine because they’re allied with enemies of the US, or continue supporting Russia because they’re enemies of the US?
Campist math is hard.
Wait, so you think the US Empire is a good thing?
Because that’s the point of my edit.
You should start using your brain more.
You should try being less of an asshole.
Right
Didn’t you literally begin this interaction with a strawman? What’s your .ml/hexbear account name - don’t hide from me.
You worded your edit weird. You could have said “the west” or “western countries” or “capitalist countries”. The way you worded it had the possible implication that you unironically endorse US empire. Lots of people do.
So I asked. It was a genuine question. Sorry I triggered you or whatever.
You immediately responded with an insult.
So yeah, you could try being less of an asshole (though based on our interactions thus far, I’m sure you will just double down on the insults and sarcasm)
And this is my main account. I don’t have one on either of those instances.
Look, I’m sorry if I insulted you. If you genuinely were asking, no I don’t think the U.S. empire is a good thing. I am so used to militant .ml/hexbear users that I frequently make assumptions based on… I guess you’d call them dogwhistles.
However, and this is the important distinction - I don’t think destroying the U.S. is the answer to empire. The reality is that empires don’t end, they change shape. What it looks like, to me, is that shape is being molded by a country like China; whose image is, as far as I can tell, only improving because the U.S.’ image is falling faster than a meteor.
There’s a far cry between being someone who wants the U.S. to lose power and those who wish to see the U.S. destroyed. I am diametrically opposed to those who wish to see me and the people I care about suffer, simply for the crime of being born in the U.S.
The same tired nonsense over and over again. Without Kyivan Rus, there’d be no Soviet Union for them to praise.
