A buddy of mine told me a story from his Coast Guard days where one of his friends’ daughters was getting picked up for a date, so her dad was sitting at the kitchen table doing the stereotypical scary-dad gun cleaning thing. Well, the date walks in, looks at the dad, and goes “got a set for a 9mm?” And proceeds to sit down and start cleaning his own gun with his date’s dad.
