    That is not even remotely true.

    Just estimated support costs alone are enough to move any business.

    Set future standards and start moving towards that direction and pay people to do the work.

          You are underestimating the cost of switching a business’s infrastructure from one system to another. For an organization with 10,000+ staff, this is extremely prohibitive. The time and effort required for retraining alone makes this a non-starter.
