Would someone not need like skin grafts or something to actually fit them? Like just the surface area seems really wild to cover with the existing skin of even a larger chest.
They work up to it. Put in big ones, normalize, put in bigger ones… it takes a long time to get to something like what’s pictured unless they’re already stacked and drooping to their navel.

As far as I know, skin stretches. It has a harder time shrinking though so once you get those 4l boobs, you’ll never want to remove them.
