I’ve had crippling social anxiety my whole life and don’t love phone calls either but I don’t make it my personality or anyone else’s problem. If someone calls me I either answer or not. I don’t seek approval for it being a tiny inconvenience (5 minutes of awkwardness at worst) I want to overblow.
