No but I’ve heard sex workers say it’s their job is to comfort people like this just as much as it is to deal with their physical urges. A lot of times they just talk until the person is comfortable enough to open up mentally and physically. I’ve also seen people with physical deformities credit sex workers with saving them from suicide.
