can confirm i “dont have enough drive” because i show up 10 minutes early and leave 10 minutes after shift end as a manager :3
just enough to herd my flock in and out, send EOD report and im out.
working a few hours over (couple times a week, for a couple months on and off) got me nothing from the company, no mention in annual review, and it made my home life worse. they can keep all the extra hours, it wont be me.
