Kinda fucked up that this “news” source makes this statement without putting it in context: moving civilians into a military occupied area is a war crime.
Well, first off, it’s Schrodinger’s war, in that it’s only a war when Palestinians do something bad (war crime) but it’s simply a security mission when IOF does a mass murder (no war crime).
Second, Israel has what’s called a Schrodinger’s civilian, in that every citizen has undergone military training, so in this case I think the settlers count as military. Of course, if Palestinians were to fight back, they’d be doing terrorism to poor civilian settlers.
That’s misinformation.
Children don’t get military training, not until they’re drafted. People who refused to serve in the military (and get imprisoned) do not receive military training. If someone makes aliah in advanced age, they don’t get military training.
It is absolutely a war crime to move any of there people (as well ask civilians who are not currently in the military) into a military occupied area
