Yeah I used to think call center half cubes were bad (I missed the full cube days), then I got switched to an “open concept” office and I’m convinced I did maybe 1 week of full, real work in that office in a total of 5 years. Until lockdowns and suddenly everyone kept working, and even better than before. Obviously no lessons were learned from this.
