Full title: Companies are now using your credit history, past-due accounts, browsing data, and social media accounts to figure out the absolute lowest salary you’ll accept. Algorithmic wage suppression is being weaponized against workers to destroy wages.
They can try. I know number I’m looking for to move jobs. I won’t move for a paycut. If they want me in the office, they need to pay more.
they will wait for you to be fired, then you’ll have no choice but to either accept, die, or fight
I’m in the UK. So much less easy to get fired.
Plus, I’m good and they won’t be the only company I’m talking to.
