I specify men’s restroom since there are alternatives to peeing which don’t involve a toilet seat.

    The one’s on doesn’t are the ones who also doesn’t at home and if they do they don’t put it down afterwards.
    Those people need to be forced to lick toilet seats until they learn some basic manners.
