The worst is when you wake up needing to pee and it’s less than 1 hour from when you need to get up for the day
I don’t get this reasoning.
Your urge to pee is never going to go away on its own. So the quicker you get to it, the quicker you get to sleep soundly. There really is nothing better than a warm bed to slide back into after emptying your bladder.
What happens to me is I get up and pee, and now I’m too awake to fall asleep.
Now I’m wet, cold, and the wife is furious.
you’re supposed to fall asleep before it gets cold
if you slept with the dog in the couch instead this wouldn’t be a problem
