The color codes are very inconsistent from region to region, and evolve over time.

Without overt tattoos, T-shirt slogans, or music, I would assume a combination of Sharps, trads, reds, etc., none of which would tolerate racist skins.

I thought ska skins and sharps were overlapping Venn diagrams but not a perfect circle. My knowledge of such is limited to a few years in the 90s tho.

It’s my understanding that sharps were primarily an American thing, but the original skins in the UK were anti-fascist. Not sure if these are Brits or Americans but either way probably not Nazis.

From what I heard (from a lgbtq skinhead in southern america), skinheads were leftist and the first with the movement. They protected local black stores and did other community services.

Can’t speak for the music but red and white braces = nazi skins. I didn’t see any colored laces so it’s hard to say for sure if they’re white supremacists, the color code has fallen out of fashion too. If there was a variety of colored braces and laces it’d be pretty easy to say they’re not nazi skins, but the fact that everyone is wearing red and white is sus as fuck

I’ve been places where white=trad and red could be sharps or redskins.

This shit is so inconsistent you can never assume. I moved across the country once and after going to a few bars/cafes I thought I found my people, oh boy was I wrong.

You need to look at tattoos, shirts, or overt music to make a judgement on first impression.

I would think at a nazi skin party at least some people would be wearing their favorite wp T-shirts, the lack of this or any visible sus tats would suggest these are probably cool people. But if you stumbled upon it, and you didn’t know the local customs, you couldn’t be sure until you heard a bit of conversation.

Fair enough!. I can only speak for parts of the midwest (from family stories) and the north florida scene. Red braces and laces are still very much a thing here among white supremacists. You don’t see many nazi punks up here but they’re still around. There isn’t much of a skinhead scene generally in north florida anymore, and the color code is slowly falling into obscurity with the exception of red, what little else remains has been absorbed into the more general punk/diy scenes and is seldom seen

Depending on when this video was taken the Lonsdale shirt could be a hint too. They distanced themselves from Nazis in the past years

I wouldn’t know, I’m not a nazi. But given the sheer amount of cognitive dissonance and flat out stupidity needed to be a nazi, I wouldnnt be surprised if they did

Yes but some have Sport shirt associated with fachist skinhead. Also the white suspenders are suspicious as fuck.

However the girl does effectively look ska

        Anyway I could be mistaken

I thought they were skin heads too (which they are) but didn’t know about the ska and the sharps either
