    I feel like I’m being dumb, but is that some kind of razor in the second panel? I’ve never seen one like that

      It’s a straight razor. This is what people used before safety razors were invented. Still popular in barbershops and with folks that enjoy the challenge for an old school vibe.

        Ahh but I was getting the impression there’s a purple plastic covering on it (whenever I’ve seen straight razors it’s just pure metal)? So initially I thought it was some kind of exfoliation tool or a type of razor I’d never seen before

          eyebrow or touch up razor they have a smaller blade and more of the blade is covered, sometimes just the edge of the blade peaks through, it gives you more precision when you’re trying to remove some hair more carefully.
