Unpopular opinion but as a consumer I only care about what I pay. Company takes a 30% or 5% cut… but I still pay 70 new either way. If Epic wanted to really compete with Steam they’d have feature parity and be cheaper, and while they’re closing in on the former, they’ll never be able to do the latter.

30% should be passed onto you as a higher price.
