I have my criticisms of Mark Carney and his Liberal government, but you can’t really “both sides” the tensions between the USA and Canada right now. Only one side is too self-centred and vindictive, and it’s not Canada. Canada has been thrown into the position of constantly having to defend itself from unprovoked attacks by the USA.
