I just got a shredder with a slot for cards, shreds the whole thing to tiny bits, infos, microchip, stripe

But yeah if you buy dumb stuff on shady websites online, nothing will save your credit card info from being scraped electronically.

      on shady websites online

Which is basically any website these days.

You never know when even the biggest names in online retailers are going to store your credit card information … and then ‘oopsie’ get hacked or leak the data.

It may not even be the website that leaks the data. It could be the payment processor they use that has a data breach.

Exactly. Just look up news about data leaks. They are basically happening constantly.

I just use Privacy. Probably not the best choice for personal privacy, considering it’s available through the app store, but at the very least the disposable digital cards help prevent that specific problem
