The voting limit is for votes given, not received.
Have an upvote, just to test the limits of your instance.
fedia.io is Mbin, so can receive basically infinite upvotes.
Only certain PieFed instances are shadow-censoring offered upvotes, and unfortunately the feature is enabled by default (opt-out rather than opt-in).
