The hardware was kind of ok, it’s really with the software that I had issues.

As an aside I tried to configure their email client for a friend a year or so ago and I’ve never seen such a convoluted piece of software. I thought accessibility was their thing, this was astoundingly Byzantine. Never seen anything like it before or since (in that class of software).
