I routinely downvote “this celebrity died” type posts, because I don’t care and I think it’s low-quality content, especially when it’s used as a vehicle to insert celebrity ‘news’ into communities that don’t normally cover that kind of thing

She’s not just a random celebrity. She did a ton of good.
Which is the bare minimum that should be expected from extremely wealthy individuals
And how many extremely wealthy individuals reach even the bare minimum?
I fail to see why that would matter. You don’t lower the bar because most aren’t reaching it, this isn’t highschool gym class.
