I can’t find a source with any more details beyond “this was in Ukraine”, but it looks like it was either posted to initially or originated from /pol/. A little skepticism is therefore probably warranted?
Edit: I’m not sure if this is in Ukraine, ukranian license plates generally have the Ukrainian flag in the top left corner (or are blue-tagged) and it apppears to be missing on the one vehicle that has a visible plate.
Edit2: Anyone recognize the camo pattern they’re wearing? It doesn’t look like mm-14.
Whether or not it’s really from Ukraine, it’s not implausible that someone might do something illegal while dressed as Spiderman. People break the law, and if they’re dressed as Spiderman, then they’re likely to be noticed and get arrested.

There are tons of footage where people forcible conscripted in Ukraine. Worse every day no one wants to die for nothing
