Who’s your top, or top few, that even if you haven’t heard anything other than this person is in, or made this movie, (or show) who do you feel hits the right notes, enough to justify you know it’s worth giving it a shot, without knowing anything else, and why are they great?
I see a lot of people saying, this director is awful, and consensus, but I had no idea they were awful! But rather than ask for worst, who’s great, and what do you love about what they do?
I watched seven psychopaths, and banshees of inisherin, and though I’d classify both movies as “good” I just didn’t get either at all. The banshees movie, what was the point? What was it trying to say? What was it about? No idea
The psychopaths movie too, no idea what it was trying to say
