    that’s just the entirety of the visible internet nowadays. and it’s a dumb take. being exposed to what makes you uncomfortable hardens you.

    people act like seeing a contrary opinion is like being abused as a child. it isn’t.

    i’d love to live in the shoes of all the oversensitive, privileged nerds who post on these sites.

      This is educational policy in many places… that’s what’s terrifying. Students/parents were getting teachers fired over hearing things they didn’t like.

      I wanted to go into education in 2010 or so… but started seeing this was where education was going… and decided to not waste my efforts on it. And yeah all the people making those decisions… were the type of people whose parents paid for their graduate school… and bought them condos… etc. Folks who didn’t live in the real world and though the real world should never be acknowledged because it made them feel bad about themselves and we must never allow anyone to ever feel bad!
