I disagree. I can eat fruits and veggies without adding salt or sugar. Meat without salt is awful though.
I dunno, I think salt adds about as much to meat as it does to veggies if you’re cooking them.
I think the only fruit I put salt on is grapefruit though, after learning about how the sour grapefruit flavor is blocked on the tongue by salt.
