Good unmanaged option out of Quebec which is near-ish to me. Canadian servers owned and operated by a French company outside of the CLOUD Act’s reach. Important to me on principle.

Trying out OVHcloud but can’t vouch for it until it’s set up. Good unmanaged option out of Quebec which is near-ish to me.
