I would always get stuck behind someone asking tings like “what would be the price of a ticket from Warsaw to Moscow, through Kiev, 3 months from now for a group of 5 people, two on whom are children and 2 have disability and a return ticket 5 months later but through Riga and this time for 8 people 6 of which are elderly and 2 have discount for railway workers?.. ok… what about a ticket to Berlin through Wrocław 5 months from now for 2 elderly veterans and a return…”. And I’m not even exaggerating. I would change the line only to end up right behind another person asking about some crazy connections.
