Ian is a fool for how he handled that and a fool in general, but considering h3 didn’t even sue Destiny for originating the claim, it’s clear the lawsuit isn’t in good faith. It was basically Ian doing a livestream as a 3D vtuber dragon with a fake British accent, quoting a Destiny stream where Destiny had said something about h3 being a child molestor if my memory isn’t complete dogshit. Then h3 sent Ian a lawsuit and I think that may still be ongoing? I’m unsure as I get most of my ian updates from slop channels that I put on while I’m doing other things so I dont remember anything more specific than that.
