I had difficulty understanding this meme, as I am not a programmer (wife is). Only after I read your reply to maria, was I able to piece the framing of this.
But I see the other side of this frame:
both websites are capitalism at their peaks.
Precisely because they don’t want to compensate us correctly, is the reason why “2 🏳️⚧️women” were not hired to do either tasks.

This is about open source, the two trans women were never going to be paid. Instead of a trans woman, a vibe coder came up with it, whatever the project is.
Not all repositories in github are OS.
