Imagine being dead, buried and just a skeleton right now. That’d be pretty fun, wouldn’t it? Haha…ha. I hate myself so fucking much.

In archeology, I don’t think it is easy to differentiate male/female skeletons. DNA analysts is expensive and not always possible and if there are no grave goods to give a clue you are guessing based on size and age estimates. Even grave goods can be misleading, like the female warriors grave.
There are in fact several features that can identify the sex of a skeleton, in particular the shape of the pelvis. It’s not like a gotcha thing but from just looking at a skeleton and measuring the pelvis and a few other things an archaeologist/forensic investigator can tell the sex from a skeleton with a very high degree of accuracy.

I’ll have to remember this quote from your link.
You just have to find the penis bone to identify a male skeleton.

There are many animals that this holds true for.
The bone in a walrus penis is called oosic. In case anyone was wondering. It makes a nice ivory alternative.
