As someone who does have one at work, they are all plastic and Fully ANSI rated. I don’t wear it, mostly because it’s ridiculously impractical for tight quarters, but also the opening for your head is a fixed size, and my head is just a little too big, so it doesn’t really fit me that well. Still, it’s funny to whip out on occassion

Looking at the inside picture you can see the inside contours of the Stetson top, I think we’re looking at a straight up hat shaped helmet.
