Damn, beat me to it. The Fast & The Furious truck hijacking is one of my “what part of a movie hasn’t aged well” go-to responses. They were stealing shipments full of millions of dollars of ultra high-end, top-of-the-line, super high-tech… DVD players? The same DVD players that are like $5 for an entire pallet on eBay now?
A new “back to the their roots” fast and furious movie. Instead of A/V gear it’s GPUs this time

How does the value of equipment nowadays make it not age well? They were still worth a lot during the time the film is set.
See it as a quaint historical drama.
Same will hold true for GPUs in 20 years time. People will laugh as they watch from their quantum computers.
I hope I quantum leap the fuck into a different universe
oh, boy!
I Think this too! Redo fast and furious with GPU!
Still kinda A/V gear.
