Exactly right. Even governments buy too much, especially when they are funded by UE and politicians can do dirty tricks to extort money. In our country they bought servers for public institution sites with hundreds of terabytes of ram. I’m not kidding btw it’s legit. In this particular case they are completely redundant and unused.
