At this point, making something that doesn’t work using Wine or Proton is actually kind of an achievement, so congrats EA, you managed to fuck up both Origin and EA app. The actual game runs flawlessly, it’s the launchers that are all kinds of broken.
Perhaps, not a fan of viruses though.
What viruses do you think you’re going to catch on a Linux host? Nobody is packing Linux viruses into torrents so they might affect the < 1% of people who download it.
I mostly pay for games, but this is a really dumb take.
