        My trick is that drugs are the only thing that works. Even complete exhaustion let’s me ponder that for a few hours before sleep 🙃

    It was the dishes and public spaces before i got earbuds and twenty-seven podcasts to listen to.

    It was before sleep until I started taking edibles before bed

    It was the shower until i got waterproof earbuds
