I can easily imagine automated systems that carved out the usage of “Trump card” as an expression as an exception to a block on a “Trump” rule.

Following rules to the letter is far less important than achieving the desired goal of the rule. In fact it’s often downright detrimental.
Yes but with the law you can’t usually simply resubmit a post and move on sans-whining.
