Carter is the obvious choice for the “General”, where Woolsey is a wonderful pick for civilian leadership as he saw significant growth over his character’s appearances. Smart money is on Hewlett appearing for at least a cameo, he’s more impressive in real life than his character, and I bet he’d jump at the chance to reprise a more mature version of his role.
