Like Cuba, all Iran did was overthrow the US-imposed dictator, and stop letting America take their resources/labor, and America has never forgiven them.
Weakening China by having America spend every last drop of your people’s lives, until America feels like its no longer in its interests and doesn’t give you a seat at the peace table isn’t in the interests of the people of Taiwan.
