    I get headaches when I’m dehydrated. In fact, I used to get a lot of headaches, and it was years before I realized the cause was dehydration.

    Drink plenty of water, people. Other bad things can happen when you’re dehydrated, none of them good, many of them painful. I’m not one of those people that recommend drinking a given amount of water each day, but if you’re thirsty, you’re already dehydrated. The amount of water you need varies based on your physiology, exercise, weather, food, and probably a dozen other things.
