He’s on his way up (celebrity/film-wise) so it makes sense that he’s leaving. I’m guessing he hung on to be part of Ariana’s show and making that his last episode.

I wish him well and hope he returns someday to host, I think he’d make a great host.

Not really all that shocking.

Dang he is my favorite cast member but he has a lot going on outside of SNL. Wonder who will take over for the parts he goes for, he was the main one doing all the way out there characters and impressions.
