wtf is this article for… is this sympathy for people who knew the law changed, refused and accepted they would close… or is this sympathy crap defined to defend gas companies wanting zero laws/rules/regulations.

I’ve encountered 2 of them just this week.
They’re still listed as open, but when I arrived, they were fenced.
