Havent seen the addams family, but i really like the character designs for the main cast. Werewolf chick has an awesome design, wednesday is cool but i do feel at times that something is off. The bee guy is also awesome.
That’s my point. There are so many weird characters that the addams family seems normal. The addams family works because they are the odd ones out in normal situations.
They could have just gone with a spooky goth girl in spooky school. But name recognition and all that.
